Mr. Cole was President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the
Board of Legato Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in enterprise storage
management software. Mr. Cole served at Legato from July 1989 through
October 2000. During this 11-year period, he saw the company through
its initial public offering, and grew annual revenue to $251 million.
He serves on the boards of a number of high technology and storage
companies.
Mr. Smith is Senior Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations for
Wily Technology. Previously he served as Chief Operating Officer
at Legato systems where he was responsible for the company's worldwide
sales, marketing, support, development and product management departments.
Mr. Smith also brings 19 years of experience from IBM where he served
in the sales organization of the Data Processing and National Accounts
Division culminating with his role as San Francisco regional manager.
Additionally, Kent served as General Manager, IBM China where he was
responsible for all IBM operations in China.
Mark Diamond was one of the early pioneers in the storage services industry.
Mark founded Contoural, and under his leadership the company has grown to be
the industry leader in data consulting services. Previously Mark was co-founder
of the Professional Services group at Veritas (OpenVision), and subsequently
founded and built the worldwide professional services and education
organizations for Legato Systems. He was also Vice President of Worldwide
Professional Services at RightWorks. Mark was one of the industry leaders in
applying the life-cycle services approach to storage, and has been a management
consultant to numerous storage vendors. He is a frequent industry speaker on
compliance, data policy, storage strategy and archiving. Mark is also President
of the Alumni Association for the University of California San Diego.
Mr. Genereux is Senior Vice President of Global Marketing and Global
Channels for Hitachi Data Systems, where he spearheads Hitachi Data
Systems' strategic initiatives to accelerate the growth of sales through
channels and continue to enhance the company's leading position in
the industry. With more than a decade of experience at Hitachi Data
Systems, Mr. Genereux draws upon a broad base of expertise in the
storage industry. In his former capacity at HDS as Vice President
of U.S. Sales, Service, and Support, Scott Genereux grew sales revenue
by over 20 percent in an extremely tough economic climate, and built
a premier customer set that includes more than 50 percent of the Fortune
100 corporations.
Mr. Laughlin serves as All Covered's Chief Executive Officer overseeing
all aspects of the company's operations. He joined All Covered in
November 2002 as Chief Financial Officer, was promoted to Executive
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in August 2003 and to CEO
in February 2004. Mr. Laughlin brings more than twenty years of experience
in the areas of corporate strategy and financial management. Previously
held positions include Chief Financial Officer at International Network
Services, a publicly held provider of network consulting and network
management software; Controller at Electronics for Imaging, Inc.,
a publicly held manufacturer of printer controllers; Accounting
Manager at Oracle Corporation and various audit positions at Ernst
& Young.
Mr. Leingang is a management consultant to developing Information
Technology (IT) companies and Global 2000 class companies. He is the
former CIO of Bechtel, Viacom, and Triangle Industries. Mr. Leingang's
reputation in the IT industry as a high impact professional has been
fostered by more than 20 years experience leading major operational
and strategic changes in companies by leveraging information technology.
Thomas O’Neil is a Partner at DLA Piper in the Washington, DC. and New
York offices. Thomas is the former senior vice president and general
counsel of the MCI Group, co-chairs the firm's Government Controversies
group, and is a member of DLA Piper's firmwide Policy Committee. Prior
to joining DLA Piper, Thomas acquired extensive public and private sector
experience in a number of positions. He served as a legislative assistant
to Representative Stewart B. McKinney, a clerk to U.S. District Judge
Alexander Harvey II, and served as assistant U.S. Attorney for the
District of Maryland. During his tenure as a federal prosecutor, he
received the U.S. Chief Postal Inspector's Special Award and the U.S.
Department of Justice Special Achievement Award. Thomas is an adjunct
member of the faculty at the American University Washington College of
Law and a member of the Board of Regents of Georgetown University, the
Board of Visitors of Georgetown University Law Center and the Advisory
Board of the Georgetown Corporate Counsel Institute. In 2006, Washington
SmartCEO magazine named Mr. O'Neil to its short list of Greater Washington's
Legal Elite.
