Contoural presents a six class course of study on the fundamentals of Information Governance for the in-house practitioner. Utilizing real-world examples and case studies this introductory series presents in lay terms a complete overview of Information Governance. 

In this class, we'll cover: 

• What are the challenges in getting employees to follow Information Governance policies?
• What is employee behavior change management and why is it important for Information Governance?
• What is a messaging strategy?
• What is a communications plan?
• What are the most effective training vehicles?
• How does audit reduce risk, even in imperfect programs?

 

Learning Objectives: Analyze the challenges in getting employees to follow Information Governance programs as well as review effective messaging strategies, communications plans and what the most effective training vehicles are.
