ACC Webcast: IG 101 - An Information Governance Class Part 1

Many companies are launching and executing comprehensive Information Governance programs to both address new legal and regulatory requirements for both paper and especially electronic information at a time when employees seemingly want to save everything forever. In this first of a  two-part class we will provide a comprehensive overview and explanation of  the key elements of Information Governance programs.  This class will include  a review of integrating records management, privacy and litigation readiness into effective and executable programs.  It will discuss what these programs look like, how to get started, what they do, and how in-house counsel are getting involved.  Included will be case studies, sample project plans and practical examples.
