CCPA 101 Series - Creating Personal Data Inventories

Creating Personal Data Inventories

The CCPA requires businesses to be able to search for the consumer personal information they collect, and produce it or delete it depending on the consumer’s request. To do that, you’ll need to know not only the types of personal information you collect, but where it’s stored. In this webinar we’ll explain the steps to take in creating a personal data inventory, and understanding how personal information flows into, throughout, and outside of your organization. We’ll also discuss strategies for addressing any potential privacy risks you may encounter when you are creating the personal data inventory.
