KEVIN LAUGHLIN, BRUCE HARTSOUGH JOIN BOARD OF ADVISORS Laughlin, former CFO of INS and currently COO of AllCovered, Hartsough of Wells Fargo to join Board of Advisors LOS ALTOS, CA (November 19, 2003) - Contoural, Inc., an independent provider of storage and compliance consulting and education services for reducing costs and reducing risks, today announced that Kevin Laughlin and Bruce Hartsough have joined its Board of Advisors. Both executives bring significant IT and Services experience to an already impressive board. Kevin Laughlin is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for All Covered, an IT Services firm for thousands of small and medium enterprises across the US. Previously he was Chief Financial Officer at International Network Services, a publicly held provider of network consulting and network management software. Additionally, he worked at Electronics for Imaging, Inc. and Oracle Corporation. “Kevin brings excellent experience to our Board,” commented Mark Diamond, President & CEO of Contoural. “He will be applying his experience at INS to help Contoural do the same in storage services.” Bruce Hartsough is Vice President of Bill Management Engineering for Wells Fargo's Internet Services Group. Previously he was Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Jamcracker, an Enterprise Web Services Company. Prior to Jamcracker, Mr. Hartsough was a Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo, responsible at various times for Enterprise Architecture, End-User Computing, and Open Systems Integration. “Bruce has both strong operational experience, and provides real insight of customer’s needs,” said Diamond. “He will be using his diverse experience to help Contoural address the needs of our customers and provide value.” “Contoural’s approach – driving storage strategy through developing a deep understanding of an organization’s business and compliance needs – is the right approach,” said Hartsough. “What they are doing saves companies money, and ensures they will be in compliance.
