Mark Diamond is CEO & President for Contoural. Mark addresses how organizations can achieve consensus across multiple stakeholders, develop effective, real-world policies, and consistently and defensibly execute these policies across the enterprise through the right processes IT systems and training.  Mark is frequent industry speaker, contributes a number of articles as well as writes a column for InsideCounsel Magazine.

Greg Forest is Chief Technical Officer for Contoural.  He has more than 20 years experience in storage, application software, programming, management, marketing, support, and implementation. As CTO for Contoural, he has developed methodologies to make archiving solution deployment predictable and cost effective, and has worked with Contoural clients to help them select solution vendors to satisfy demanding business objectives and technical requirements. Greg has assisted scores of large, medium and small organizations drive compliance and litigation readiness.



Tom Mighell, Esq. is a senior consultant for Contoural. With 18 years of litigation experience, Tom has worked with dozens of corporations in dealing with discovery and records issues.  Tom also helps corporate legal departments assess their readiness to respond to an obligation to preserve electronically stored information, and works to develop response plans that enable corporations to maintain repeatable, defensible, and efficient processes when dealing with electronic discovery.  Tom served as Chair of ABA TECHSHOW 2008, and currently serves as Chair-Elect of the ABA's Law Practice Management Section.
