Mark Diamond President & CEO Mark Diamond is one of the industry thought leaders in litigation readiness, e-discovery, compliance, archiving, data protection and ILM strategies and practices. As CEO of Contoural, his company helps numerous Fortune 500 companies develop and execute email and document retention policies. Mark is founder, President & CEO of Contoural, Inc., Under his leadership, Contoural has grown to be the industry leader in developing business and technology strategies for data retention policies and information archiving. Providing innovative approaches, these strategies help simplify complex issues, ensure compliance, reduce risks and lower costs. One of the pioneers in the strategic storage services industry, Mark has successfully built and grown consulting, education and support organizations from inception to large, worldwide organizations numerous times. Previously, Mark was co-founder of Symantec's (OpenVision) Professional Services group. Additionally, Mark was founder and General Manager, Worldwide Professional Services for Legato Systems, a supplier of storage software. Mark grew Legato's worldwide services business into the industry leader. Additionally he was Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services at RightWorks, a provider of business application software to the B2B marketplace. Mark has also held positions in direct and OEM sales, strategic marketing and product development. He has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of California San Diego. Mark is former President of the UC San Diego Alumni Association, and is currently a Trustee of the university's foundation. |

Michael Casey Vice President of Services Delivery Mike Casey has more than 20 years experience in storage and high technology. Previously Mike was a storage analyst for Gartner, and a Compliance Officer for a medical device company. He has also held executive and marketing management positions at storage product companies such as Fujitsu, IBM and Shugart, and served most recently as VP of Marketing at Solid Data Systems. Mike has published numerous articles and papers on storage technology, compliance and data strategy, and has spoken at industry conferences such as Storage Decisions, Storage Networking World, and Gartner Planet Storage. He also serves as an expert on data retention and compliance for SearchStorage.com. Mike holds a BS in Physics and an MBA, both from Santa Clara University. |

Greg Forest Chief Technical Officer Greg Forest has more than 20 years experience in storage, application software, programming, management, marketing, support, and implementation. As CTO for Contoural, he has developed methodologies to make archiving solution deployment predictable and cost effective, and has worked with Contoural clients to help them select solution vendors to satisfy demanding business objectives and technical requirements. Previously Greg worked as Director of IT for Legato Systems, responsible for governance, budgeting, and strategic vision. Prior to that he was a Senior Product Manager responsible for the technical integration of Legato products into storage solutions from Sun Microsystems and Compaq. Earlier he was responsible for Oracle deployment and the Developer's Program for SCO Unix across a variety of OEM hardware platforms. |

Silvia Malaccorto Vice President of Business Development Silvia Malaccorto joins Contoural from EMC, where she served as director of global alliances. In her new role as vice president of business development she brings more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience in storage and information management technologies for EMC, Seagate, Conner Peripherals and others. Malaccorto, who began her career at Maxtor Corporation, is known in the industry for developing and leveraging successful multi-tiered sales channels, channel programs, and cultivating long-term alliances through the partnership lifecycle. She holds a bachelor of science in business administration from San Diego State University. |

Judith Gum Chief Financial Officer Judy Gum is an experienced finance professional with more than 18 years of experience in financial operations, planning and management. Judy has worked in various financial positions with hardware, software and service provider firms including Unisys, Tandem, Compaq, Synopsys, Macromedia, Embrace Networks and Corio. She completed her MBA at Santa Clara University. |
